Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request a return and refund within seven calendar days of receiving their order, as provided for by the Consumer Protection Code. Returned products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. After inspection and approval, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Oldvayn will cover all return shipping costs. For returns due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
