Exchange Policy
Customers may request a product exchange within seven calendar days of receiving their order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, free of odors or alterations, and include its original tags and packaging. If the product presents a manufacturing defect, Oldvayn will cover all shipping costs. Customers should contact our official support channel, via the email or WhatsApp listed on our website, to obtain authorization and instructions for the exchange. Items purchased on sale may only be exchanged if a quality issue or defect is confirmed.
